Dr Deepshikha Kalra is Professor in the department of Management at MERI She holds PHD in management from GJUS&T, Hissar. She is MBA, M.Phil (Management) UGC NET qualified & has done her graduation in Electronics . She has over 18 years of academia plus industry experience . Her areas of interest include Customer Relationship Management, Research Methodology and Economics. She has attended various national & International seminars, conferences , workshops & FDP. She has published various articles and research papers in UGC listed and Scopus indexed journals. She has organised various national and International conferences sponsored by various departments of ministry of India. She is heading the CSR club Aaghaz of the college which organises various activities for the benefit of society. She is also heading the Examination department at MERI.
