Financial & Legal Consultant

We are looking for a financial consultant to provide necessary guidance on investment decisions, cash management, mentoring new startups in finance, raising funds through Corporate CSR and day to day incubation center expenses. Responsibilities include forecasting costs and revenues, conducting risk analysis for financial plans and evaluating capital expansion options (eg. funding or loans). The role will also entail, mentoring of startups to scale-up via relevant GTM strategy & help in raising equity capital from angel, venture capital etc. The financial consultant will also help in M&A, structured finance, revenue based financing, invoice discounting, loans etc for incubator & startups. Company incorporation, IPR filings, fund raising and related negotiations, along with formulation of contracts and business documentations and standard contracts. Also securing, negotiating and preparation of legal documentation pertaining to Private Equity to startups & MSMEs.
